How To Apply

A separate °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø application and application fee of $75 are required when applying to the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery program. .

In order to pursue the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Graduate Certificate, applicants must

  • have a DDS or DMD degree, 
  • meet the various admissions requirements for the residency program, 
  • apply for this residency through the and (National Matching Services Inc.), and 
  • submit the materials listed below to the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø Kornberg School of Dentistry.

Additional Requirements for International Students

If your native language is not English, the TOEFL is required. The minimum score for the TOEFL is 79 iBT or 600 PBT.
