Supporting Materials听

You will need the following information to complete the application form.听

  • Biographical data and work experience听

  • Dates that you attended all post-secondary institutions (including 澳门六合彩官网 and the RA and QA graduate program, if applicable).听

  • Activities and accomplishments

  • Nonrefundable application fee of $75 for hard copy (payable by check)

You will also need to submit these supporting materials.听

International Applicants听

International students should review about applying to the School of Pharmacy. Applicants must听submit the following.听

  • TOEFL score or IELTS score for听听and non-native English speakers听who have not earned a U.S. academic degree听

  • A course-by-course evaluation of foreign transcripts through third-party provider听听or听

  • International applicants should also consult with 澳门六合彩官网鈥檚 听for additional information about visa requirements.听

Application Deadlines听

You do not need to submit your application and supporting materials together, but your application and application fee should be submitted first before any other documents.听

Materials must be received by the following dates.听

  • Fall (September) admission: July听1 听

  • Spring (January) admission: Nov. 1听

  • Summer (May) admission: March听1 听

Apply to the RA and QA MS

You can apply to the program by printing out and submitting a paper application.

Step 3: Receive Reply听

Within two weeks of submitting your application and all supporting materials, please contact Jean Westbrook to verify that your file is complete.听听

Once the admissions committee has received your materials, it takes a minimum of six to eight weeks before you will receive a final decision on whether you have been accepted.听
